Future Scholars Academy helps students discover their strengths, explore a variety of career patheays, and develop leadership, character, and life skills through engaging hands-on learning experiences
By connecting classroom learning with real-world opportunities the Academy helps students build confidence, set meaningful goals, and begin preparing for success in school and beyond.

Future Scholars Academy introduces students in grades 3-8 to careers, professionals, skills and education pathways through experiences designed to make the future feel real and achievable.
Through hands-on activities, leadership development, reflection, and goal-setting, students begin connecting an important question…

Opening Huddle & B.A.G. Check-In
Students begin each session by setting intentions and reflecting on their Behavior, Attendance, and Grades.

Career Exploration
Lesson
Students are introducd to a featured career pathway, learning about professionals, skills, and education.

Hands-On
Career Lab
Students apply what they learn through interactive, project-base activities that reflect real workplace experiences.

Jr. NBA/WNBA
Leadership Experience
Students engage in leadership activities inspired by the balues of teamwork, discipline and excellence.

Career Passport
Reflection
Students documents their learning, reflect on their growth, and celebrate achievements in their career passport.
